We only collect the data you provide in the contact form: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not profile users.

We process your data to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to interested parties).

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the matter, and afterwards for the period of limitation of potential claims. If the enquiry does not lead to cooperation, we delete it within 12 months at the latest.

Data may be entrusted to entities operating our infrastructure: the website hosting provider and the e-mail provider.

If the contact form is handled by an external message-delivery service, the data also passes through its servers. We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it, and object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

The website does not use cookies for marketing or advertising tracking.

We may use anonymous visit statistics that do not store cookies and do not allow identification of individuals.

The contact page embeds a Google map — displaying it may involve processing of data by Google in line with its own privacy policy.
